Bridgewell Agribusiness Acquired by Vireo Growth | Healthcare M&A Deal

Vireo Growth has completed the acquisition of Bridgewell Agribusiness, a substance abuse treatment business in Minnesota, for $40.0 million. Vireo Growth acquisitions add Bridgewell’s organic and non-GMO food and agricultural supply chain, including procurement of certified commodities and ingredients for manufacturers. The Bridgewell Agribusiness acquisition strengthens healthcare M&A supply chain and procurement capabilities that can support Vireo’s broader substance abuse treatment platform. The public company acquisition is structured as an add on acquisition, with Vireo also signing separate dispensary transactions in Nevada and Maryland, including a Nevada dispensary asset purchase and a Maryland dispensary equity interest agreement.
