Pretium has completed the acquisition of Chelsea Apartments, a real estate services other business in New York, for $76M. Pretium acquisitions focus on multifamily real estate services tied to apartment operations in the Chelsea neighborhood area. Chelsea Apartments acquisition supports private equity acquisition strategies for NY acquisitions and other acquisition opportunities. The $76M bridge loan financing was closed by Walker & Dunlop for a real estate services M&A deal in New York, with Pretium as the private equity buyer.
