Howden has completed the acquisition of Cybeta, a data analytics business in the cyber sector in the United States, for $100 million. Howden acquisitions add Cybeta’s cyber data and analytics capabilities to its U.S. cyber practice, with Cybeta founded in 2019 by data science experts with Department of Defense and intelligence community experience. The Cybeta acquisition brings former Cybeta team members into Howden to support analytics delivery and strengthen strategic acquisition execution.
