E-wings Acquired by Uklon | Logistics M&A Deal

Uklon has acquired E-wings, a last mile delivery business in Ukraine, for approximately $2.2 million. Uklon is a strategic ride-hailing and urban mobility platform within Kyivstar’s digital ecosystem, while E-wings operates electric scooters and micromobility services in Ukrainian cities. The Uklon acquisitions expand micromobility offerings through a single app, supporting broader urban transportation and delivery use cases. This add on acquisition is part of logistics M&A and Uklon’s strategic acquisition strategy, with the E-wings acquisition expected to close in Q3 2026 subject to customary conditions.
