Red7Marine Acquired by Ancora Group | Industrials M&A Deal

Ancora Group has completed the acquisition of Red7Marine, a industrial services other business in Ohio, for an undisclosed sum. Ancora Group acquisitions expand marine civil engineering and coastal infrastructure capabilities through Red7Marine’s work across flood defence, offshore renewables, cables, and nuclear infrastructure, including projects such as a river wall in Suffolk. Red7Marine acquisition also adds specialist jack-up vessel capacity and strengthens self-delivery for complex coastal and inland infrastructure work from its Ipswich base. The add on acquisition is an add-on acquisition under private equity acquisition ownership, following Ancora’s March 2025 buyout by Sullivan Street Partners, with the goal of building a nationwide network of marine contractors.
