RS10 Servicios Tratamientos y mantenimientos de Tejidos Acquired by Elis | Healthcare M&A Deal

Elis has acquired RS10 Servicios Tratamientos y mantenimientos de Tejidos, a healthcare services other business in Spain. Elis acquisitions expand into RS10’s modern laundry and linen maintenance operations in the north-east of Barcelona, serving healthcare clients and also hospitality and foodservice customers. RS10 provides flat linen and workwear rental-maintenance services with about 90 employees, supporting hygiene and protection needs. The strategic acquisition is an add on acquisition for Elis, with RS10 revenue of €5.5 million in 2025 and consolidation expected from June 1, 2026.
