Bay Club has completed the acquisition of Tennis Center Sand Point, a fitness wellness business in Washington, for $65M. Bay Club acquires Tennis Center Sand Point to expand indoor racquet sports offerings in Northeast Seattle and strengthen its Greater Seattle network of clubs. Tennis Center Sand Point adds premium tennis access near Arena Sports Magnuson, supporting Bay Club’s shared membership model and diversified sports amenities across Washington. The add on acquisition is part of Bay Club acquisitions that have grown to 12 Washington locations through strategic acquisition activity since 2023, reflecting consumer M&A and consumer deals WA focused on interconnected fitness campuses.
