Professional Genius operated in one of the most competitive and opaque corners of the investment landscape – early-stage Web3 and blockchain. As a stealth fund, discretion wasn't optional. It was fundamental.

The fund faced a dual origination problem. On one side, identifying and engaging high-quality private Web3 projects – from exchanges to early-stage startups – before they became widely known. On the other, sourcing sophisticated LPs willing to back an emerging fund in a sector still viewed with scepticism by traditional capital.

There was no structured outreach process in place to solve either challenge. Deal flow was largely network-dependent. LP conversations were slow and unpredictable. The fund needed a systematic, discreet outreach engine – one that could operate at volume without compromising its stealth positioning.

Tentt built and managed a white-label cold email infrastructure operating fully within Professional Genius's brand. Separate sending domains were registered and warmed up over a structured period before any high-volume sending began – protecting Professional Genius's primary domain and sender reputation throughout.

A separate programme targeted institutional and high-net-worth LPs with demonstrable Web3 or alternative asset exposure – family offices, crypto-native funds, and sector-aligned private investors. Outreach was calibrated to the sophistication of the audience, leading with fund thesis and conviction rather than volume.

Given the stealth mandate, all messaging was developed within a strict brand voice framework and subject to formal sign-off before deployment. No copy went live without Professional Genius's approval – ensuring positioning, tone, and discretion were maintained at every stage.
