E.V. Bishoff Acquires 30 Merchant Street Building

E.V. Bishoff Company has acquired the 125,000-square-foot 30 Merchant Street building in Cincinnati, Ohio. The acquisition supports the firm’s plan for a large redevelopment of the three-story property.

The redevelopment includes a site redesign that connects 30 Merchant St. with the former Sheakley Building to create an office campus, including a common-area oval intended to link the two buildings so occupants can share amenities. The deal follows prior E.V. Bishoff acquisitions in the Cincinnati area, including the 38-building Triangle Park Campus in Sharonville and the historic Shakely Building, later renamed Princeton Hill.
