Advantus360 Acquired by Integrity360 in Cybersecurity Add-On

Integrity360, a Europe-based cybersecurity specialist, acquired Advantus360, a Calgary-based provider of accredited cybersecurity solutions founded in 2015. Advantus360 serves enterprise customers across Canada and the United States.

Integrity360 said the acquisition is part of its global expansion plan and establishes its initial North American footprint. Advantus360 directors Regan and Stefan Herbst will join Integrity360 as it develops Advantus360 into a regional services hub covering Canada. Integrity360 plans to offer customers access to risk and assurance, incident response and forensics, infrastructure and technology services, and cybersecurity managed services.
