ThreeD Capital Buys $450K AIML Convertible Debenture

ThreeD Capital Inc. announced that, through a private placement acquisition, it acquired ownership and control of a $450,000 convertible debenture of AI/ML Innovations Inc. The debenture entitles ThreeD to acquire 9,000,000 common shares and 9,000,000 common share purchase warrants.

ThreeD and a joint actor (Sheldon Inwentash) increased their ownership by more than 2% on a partially diluted basis. Immediately before the acquisition, they held 56,954,200 common shares and 45,555,000 warrants exercisable within 60 days. After the acquisition, their holdings include the convertible debenture plus the additional rights to 9,000,000 shares and 9,000,000 warrants.
