Airport Gurus Acquired by BNP Group in Platform Deal

BNP Group has acquired Airport Gurus, an aviation consultancy specializing in airport information and communication technology consulting and airport business operations planning. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

BNP said the acquisition expands its ability to deliver ICT and operations planning services alongside its existing aviation and transportation consulting work, including airport systems development, digital technology modernization, and transportation security implementation. BNP also said the deal deepens its global footprint by adding Airport Gurus’ regional expertise and relationships in Europe and South America.

Airport Gurus was founded in 2013 and is headquartered in Barcelona with a second location in Madrid, plus additional offices in South America and the United States. BNP noted the acquisition is its third since 2025, following Establish and STS.
