Knightvest Buys Ardan Apartments in Uptown Dallas

Knightvest Capital has acquired Ardan apartments, a 23-story, 389-unit Class A luxury high-rise at 2975 Blackburn Street in Uptown Dallas. The seller was Brookfield Properties, and Knightvest did not disclose purchase terms.

Knightvest plans a value-add repositioning, including upgrades to amenity spaces such as the clubhouse, fitness center, and pool, plus selective unit improvements. The firm also plans to enhance common areas, landscaping, and technology offerings, including smart-home features and bulk WiFi. The building was developed in 2018 by a joint venture between Cityplace Company and Forest City Realty Trust, with Forest City later acquired by Brookfield.
