Balmoral Comtec Acquired by Freudenberg Flow Technologies | Industrials M&A Deal

Freudenberg Flow Technologies has completed the acquisition of Balmoral Comtec, a industrial services other business in offshore subsea supply in the offshore energy market. Balmoral Comtec provides subsea buoyancy, cable protection, and insulation systems for offshore oil, gas, and renewable energy developments, supporting subsea infrastructure projects. The Freudenberg Flow Technologies acquisitions expand offshore energy and subsea infrastructure capabilities, adding connector, sealing, buoyancy, and cable protection offerings for global offshore customers. The Balmoral Comtec acquisition is a strategic acquisition and an add on acquisition under the Freudenberg Group, with the deal closing May 15 and financial terms undisclosed. Balmoral Comtec will continue operating from existing locations with no immediate staffing or customer contract changes during the transition period.
