Caduceus Health Acquired by Innovaccer | Healthcare M&A Deal

Innovaccer has acquired Caduceus Health, a healthcare IT business in the United States, for $66 million. Innovaccer acquisitions add Caduceus Health’s billing, claims, and denial resolution capabilities used across 4,000 practices and specialties, supporting revenue cycle management automation. The target’s workflow spans major EHR systems and manages about $5 billion in gross patient charges annually, strengthening Innovaccer’s agentic RCM platform and its Flow full-stack suite. The healthcare M&A is an add-on acquisition by a strategic buyer, integrating Caduceus into Innovaccer’s Gravity AI platform to unify scheduling, patient engagement, and end-to-end ambulatory revenue cycle management. The deal was announced as Innovaccer continues restructuring tied to AI automation and efficiency, with integration planned into its revenue cycle automation roadmap.
