Calmanac Acquired by Motivity | Healthcare M&A Deal

Motivity has completed the acquisition of Calmanac, a healthcare IT business in the ABA software space, for $11 million. Motivity acquisitions combine Calmanac’s applied behavior analysis practice management capabilities, including scheduling, billing, and payer authorizations, with Motivity’s clinical data collection platform for end-to-end ABA workflows. The Calmanac acquisition supports credential-based scheduling, compliance-oriented billing systems, and cross-department operational coordination for large ABA providers. As a private equity acquisition and platform acquisition, the healthcare M&A deal formalizes a technical integration started in 2023 and expands Motivity’s practice management footprint using Calmanac’s enterprise-grade infrastructure.
