Hillman Solutions Corp. acquired Campbell Chain & Fittings from Apex Tool Group, LLC.
Campbell, founded in 1919, manufactures industrial chain and chain-related products with headquarters and a manufacturing plant in York, Pennsylvania, and a forging facility in Sumter, South Carolina. Hillman expects to recognize over $20 million in net sales during its 2026 fiscal year from the acquisition.
The deal expands Hillman’s chain portfolio for commercial and industrial applications, adding grade 70, grade 80, and grade 100 chain. Hillman also cited its 2024 Koch Industries acquisition as a prior step into the chain category.
