OR Royalties acquisitions target precious metals streams tied to Canadian Copper’s Murray Brook and Caribou properties in the Bathurst Mining Camp, including the Caribou Processing Plant. OR Royalties acquires Canadian Copper to add gold equivalent ounces growth through a brownfield stream expected to support accelerated permitting and first production by 2029. The energy M&A is an add on acquisition and strategic acquisition, with a $35.0 million concentrate prepayment facility from Ocean Partners UK Limited providing full construction financing for the project. The announced transaction is structured as a binding agreement between OR Royalties and Canadian Copper.
