Strong Technical Services has completed the acquisition of CinemaNext U.S., a industrial services other business in Kansas. Strong Technical Services acquires CinemaNext U.S. to expand cinema and commercial technical solutions, including engineering, installation, and remote support capabilities. The CinemaNext U.S. platform adds Iola-based operations and service reach, strengthening Strong Technical Services acquisitions across industrials M&A and KS acquisitions. The add on acquisition is a strategic acquisition by Strong Technical Services, a strategic buyer, to build an end-to-end nationwide network for exhibitors and commercial venues. Deal size was not disclosed, and the acquisition is announced as an add on acquisition intended to integrate specialized hardware and parts supply.
