CliniQuantum Acquired by NeuroThera Labs | Healthcare M&A Deal

NeuroThera Labs has completed the acquisition of CliniQuantum, a pharmaceuticals business in Israel, for $9,459,954.20. NeuroThera Labs acquisitions expand its clinical-stage CNS-focused pipeline by adding CliniQuantum’s quantum-based clinical trials platform and related intellectual property. CliniQuantum develops a quantum computing approach for quantum simulation and quantum Monte Carlo to analyze complex datasets and design smarter, faster, more adaptive studies.
