Pattern Energy Completes Cordelio Power Acquisition

Pattern Energy Group has completed its acquisition of Cordelio Power, an independent power producer operating in Canada and the United States. The transaction expands Pattern Energy’s clean energy and transmission infrastructure platform across North America.

Through the acquisition, Pattern adds approximately 1,550 megawatts of operating and in-construction assets, including 16 wind, solar, and energy storage projects across the US and Canada. Pattern also acquired the majority of Cordelio’s development pipeline in key US markets, along with Cordelio’s experienced team.
