SKH Family Office Acquires Cove Rotana Resort

SKH Family Office has completed its acquisition of The Cove Rotana Resort in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The transaction was executed through Cove Holding Limited, a subsidiary of SKH Family Office registered with Abu Dhabi Global Market.

The seller was Orascom Development Holding, and the deal closed after fulfilment of contractual, financial, and regulatory requirements. SKH said the acquisition supports a long-term strategy to expand its luxury hospitality portfolio and enhance operational value of premium tourism assets in line with UAE national priorities.

SKH expects the resort to undergo a planned development program focused on improving the guest experience, upgrading facilities, and strengthening sustainability.
