DFSL Acquired by BiomX | Technology M&A Deal

BiomX has acquired DFSL, a cybersecurity business in Israel, for $12. BiomX acquisitions add DFSL’s proprietary LADAR (laser radar) detection systems for perimeter security, critical infrastructure, and counter-UAS applications, supporting real-time tracking of aerial and ground threats. The DFSL acquisition is positioned to integrate with BiomX’s AI-enabled command-and-control capabilities, linking detection, analysis, and response for defense and first-response use cases. The add on acquisition is an announced strategic acquisition by BiomX, expanding its defense portfolio through technology M&A and a complementary bolt-on capability set.
