Trident Digital Tech Holdings has completed the acquisition of Digital Innovations Group, a SaaS business in the United States, for $622 billion. Digital Innovations Group develops the IRMA AI Engine, an AI-powered enterprise marketing, automation, and customer acquisition platform for brands, agencies, and e-commerce operators across Asia-Pacific. Trident Digital Tech Holdings acquisitions aim to commercialize IRMA Engine Asia from its Singapore-based platform and expand AI-driven campaign execution, digital engagement, and agency automation. The saas acquisition is structured as an add on acquisition and strategic acquisition by a strategic buyer, with the binding LOI supporting technology M&A and recurring-revenue growth across high-growth Asia-Pacific markets.
