SCS Industrials Acquisition | Energy Deal in TX

SCS Technologies has completed the acquisition of Fleaux Services, a energy services other business in Texas, for an undisclosed amount, creating SCS Industrials. SCS Industrials will combine liquid measurement systems and emissions control equipment with Fleaux’s gas measurement solutions, data center cooling equipment, instrumentation, automation, and field services. The merged platform supports design, engineering, manufacturing, distribution, and lifetime service for crude, produced water, NGL, and gas custody transfer and allocation measurement skids and vapor recovery units across North America. The energy M&A merger acquisition is structured as an all-stock merger acquisition, expanding manufacturing capacity for a rapidly growing data center solutions business and strengthening TX acquisitions in energy deals.
