OpenLoop Healthcare Partners Telehealth Agreement with

OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, PC entered into a Telehealth Services Agreement with Enhanced US LLC. The agreement is effective October 1, 2025, and sets terms for providing telehealth medical services and e-pharmacy services to patients across U.S. states and the District of Columbia.

Under the agreement, OpenLoop will supply licensed health care professionals for intake and eligibility assessment, patient consultations and education, laboratory and pharmaceutical orders, medication management, prescription drug fulfillment including e-pharmacy, and care coordination with patient record documentation. The schedules also describe non-clinical membership services for scheduling, customer service, and care navigation, plus a TRT patient journey with initial labs, sync visits, month 1 refill intake, and quarterly labs and visits.
