Interface Properties has completed the acquisition of Fountains Center at Powerline Road and West Camino Real, a property management business in Florida, for $40M. The 189,500-square-foot mixed-use retail and office campus near Boca Raton is 95% leased, with medical office tenants comprising about 54% of occupancy. Interface Properties acquisitions expand its real estate services footprint through a family office acquisition focused on income-producing commercial assets and planned multimillion renovations. The other acquisition is financed with a $31.8M acquisition loan from City National Bank on fixed-rate, five-year terms, with the seller led by Titan General Partners. Real estate services M&A in FL remains selective as deal volume softens, supporting a value-oriented entry for Interface Properties acquisitions.
