Soltis Acquires GDM Private Financial Solutions

Soltis, a registered investment advisor based in St. George, Utah, acquired GDM Private Financial Solutions, a Bellevue, Washington accounting firm providing accounting, tax, and advisory services to small and midsized businesses and their owners. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The deal adds 11 employees to Soltis and enables Soltis to offer coordinated wealth and tax advisory solutions. Alan Dance, head of GDM, will join Soltis as director of tax at Soltis Tax Solutions, an affiliate of Soltis. Soltis said the acquisition aligns with client demand for integrated tax strategy and broader financial decision-making.
