Iterum Therapeutics Files Winding Up Petition

Iterum Therapeutics plc (in Provisional Liquidation) filed a petition in the High Court in Ireland to wind up the company. An order appointed Damien Murran and Jennifer McMahon of Teneo Restructuring (Ireland) Limited as joint provisional liquidators.

The petition is due to be heard on April 13, 2026. If a winding up order is made, the joint provisional liquidators will be confirmed as joint liquidators, leading to winding up and, ultimately, dissolution. The provisional liquidators were also appointed to Iterum’s Irish subsidiary, Iterum Therapeutics International Limited (in Provisional Liquidation).
