Alpine Infrastructure Partners Acquires Hexad Solutions

Alpine Infrastructure Partners, a portfolio company of Cotton Creek Capital, announced it has acquired Hexad Solutions Group LLC. Hexad is headquartered in Tupelo, Mississippi and provides turnkey engineering and development services to telecommunications companies and contractors across the United States.

Hexad scaled through technology-led engineering operations and offers end-to-end fiber network planning and design, plus scaled data collection services via LiDAR technology. Alpine said the combination expands its infrastructure services platform for utility and telecommunications customers, while continuing to deliver technology-enabled business and field services to national telecom operations and investor-owned utilities.

The combined entity will also serve local municipalities and cooperatives, and Alpine CEO Rob Murphy said Hexad complements Alpine’s utility services suite through advanced technology and scalable operations.
