Alterra IOS Buys 5 Industrial Outdoor Storage Sites

Alterra IOS has announced the acquisition of five industrial outdoor storage (IOS) properties in Central Florida. The portfolio totals 23 usable acres and 96,500 square feet of accompanying warehouse space, with three sites in Tampa and two in Orlando.

Nearly all of the newly acquired properties are fully leased to tenants across logistics, infrastructure, and utilities. The additions expand Alterra IOS’s Central Florida footprint to 35 properties. The company describes the sites as supply-constrained, well-located assets with access to interstate and state highway networks, rail intermodals, and international airports.
