Lenovo Completes Infinidat Acquisition (Terms Undisclosed)

Lenovo has completed its acquisition of Infinidat Ltd., a global provider of high-end enterprise storage solutions. The transaction was executed by Lenovo’s subsidiary and is intended to expand Lenovo’s enterprise storage portfolio.

Lenovo says Infinidat brings high-performance, mission-critical enterprise storage for scalable, cyber-resilient data management, plus in-house software R&D capabilities. Lenovo also expects strategic synergies with its infrastructure solutions business, including broader coverage of high-end enterprise storage alongside its existing entry and mid-range offerings.

The terms of the transaction were not disclosed, and the deal followed customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions.
