Insequence Acquired by Advantive | Technology M&A Deal

Advantive has acquired Insequence, a enterprise software business in Tennessee. Advantive acquisitions expand its mission-critical manufacturing and distribution software capabilities by adding automotive sequencing and manufacturing execution system (MES) functionality from Insequence in Smyrna, TN. Insequence provides just-in-sequence (JIS) and MES tools including sequencing, scheduling, inventory management, and data warehousing for automotive OEMs and supplier networks across North America, South America, and Europe. The add on acquisition is a strategic acquisition by a strategic buyer, supporting technology M&A and technology deals TN as Advantive strengthens plant floor visibility and real-time production intelligence. Deal size was undisclosed, and the acquisition was announced in 2026.
