Interior Construction Group Acquired by Bulley & Andrews

Bulley & Andrews has announced the acquisition of Interior Construction Group (ICG), a Chicago-based general contractor specializing in interior construction. The deal is structured as an add-on, with ICG operating as Bulley & Andrews Interior Construction Group.

ICG will continue serving clients from its current downtown Chicago office. Founders Steve Zuwala and Mike Lynk will continue to lead the business, providing continuity for clients and industry partners. Bulley & Andrews said the acquisition supports its long-term strategic growth and expands its interior construction capabilities.
