Intermedia Intelligent Communications Acquired by 26North

26North Partners announced it will acquire Intermedia Intelligent Communications, a cloud communications and enterprise software provider focused on unified communications and contact center capabilities.

Intermedia’s platform includes Intermedia Unite for business phone systems, team chat and SMS, video conferencing, and intelligent routing, along with contact center and analytics features such as interaction insights and reporting. The company also offers productivity and email-related tools including Microsoft 365 Copilot backup, email encryption, and archiving.

The deal is described as a platform acquisition by 26North Partners.
