Alpha FMC to Acquire JPSB Group in SimCorp Consulting

Alpha Financial Markets Consulting (Alpha) has entered into an agreement to acquire JPSB Group Limited (JPSB), a specialist SimCorp-focused technology consulting and implementation firm. The deal is positioned to strengthen Alpha’s investment platform transformation capability by adding scaled SimCorp expertise across both advisory and delivery.

Alpha said it is investing to enhance end-to-end capability across investment management enterprise platforms, including tools built on its existing accelerators to drive efficiency for platforms and end clients. JPSB is described as having a track record delivering complex investment platform programs for asset managers and asset owners globally, with deep specialism in SimCorp. Completion is expected in the coming weeks, subject to customary closing conditions.
