Deal Overview

RPM International has completed its acquisition of Kalzip GmbH, a Germany-based provider of aluminum roofing and façade systems. The deal was made through RPM’s Tremco Construction Products Group (Tremco CPG), which brings construction brands and solutions focused on building performance and durability.

Kalzip is headquartered in Koblenz, Germany, and specializes in lightweight, weather-resistant aluminum systems for architectural roofing and façade applications. RPM said Kalzip has delivered more than 1.2 billion square feet of aluminum solutions globally and generated approximately €75 million in net sales for the 2024 calendar year.
