Decisiv to Acquire KEA Advisors for SRM Add-On

Decisiv, the Service Relationship Management (SRM) solutions provider, has signed an agreement to acquire KEA Advisors, a business advisory services and data-enabled solutions provider for commercial asset dealerships based in Lawrence, Kansas. The deal is positioned as an add-on to Decisiv’s SRM platform.

Decisiv said the combination will build an AI-driven economic performance layer for commercial vehicle service dealership operations. KEA Advisors’ PULSE Reporting system is already integrated with major Dealer Management Systems in North America, enabling customers to manage service activity and measure performance improvements.

Decisiv SRM is described as improving shop throughput and revenue through communication, visibility, and service event management features.
