Kool It Services provides cooling and heating installation, service, and maintenance for commercial buildings and business customers across offices, retail, healthcare, and food & beverage. Nordic Climate Group acquisitions expand UK capabilities in energy-efficient HVAC solutions while adding recurring service and maintenance revenue through a local Manchester team. The Kool It Services acquisition is an add on acquisition under Nordic Climate Group’s private equity acquisition strategy, with Kool It continuing to operate under its existing brand and leadership.
