Lakeland Fire + Safety Divests HPFR and HiViz to NSA

Lakeland Industries’ Fire + Safety segment has completed the sale of its High Performance Flame Resistant (HPFR) and High-Visibility (HiViz) product line to National Safety Apparel (NSA). The transaction is part of Lakeland’s portfolio streamlining and refocus on its head-to-toe global Fire portfolio and core industrial PPE strategy.

Lakeland said it will provide transitional support under a services agreement to support an orderly handoff for customers. NSA is positioned to continue the HPFR and HiViz business, serving industrial, utility, and public-sector customers across PPE categories including flame-resistant workwear, arc flash and electrical PPE, and high-heat industrial protection.
