Inflexion to Acquire Fire Suppression Firm Marioff

Inflexion has agreed to acquire Marioff, a global fire protection provider specializing in high-pressure water mist (HPWM) systems. Marioff is headquartered in Vantaa, Finland, and delivers fire protection solutions across the full value chain, including development and manufacturing, sales, turnkey project execution, and lifecycle services.

Marioff’s HI-FOG technology is used to protect data centres, naval vessels, cruise ships, and industrial facilities in more than 70 countries. The company generated $266m in revenues in the latest financial year. Inflexion will invest through its Buyout Fund VI and plans to support innovation, global go-to-market capabilities, and aftermarket and service growth while maintaining a focus on safety, reliability, and compliance.
