Steele Solutions Acquires Maysteel Industries

Steele Solutions Inc. has announced the acquisition of Maysteel Industries, a provider of engineered solutions for the data center and electrical markets. The deal is an add-on to Steele Solutions’ engineered material handling capabilities, including automation controls, electrical design, steel platforms, and chutes.

Both companies are Wisconsin-based and will integrate while maintaining uninterrupted service for customers. Steele Solutions said the combined organization will better support hyperscale data centers, general contractors, and installation partners with infrastructure solutions delivered on demanding timelines.
