Deal Overview

Falcone Group-led JV acquired Miami Worldcenter’s retail district for $210M. The purchase covers a 27-acre open-air plaza at 100 Northeast Eighth Street in downtown Miami.

The deal includes about 300,000 square feet of retail, dining, and entertainment space, plus two garages with roughly 2,000 parking spaces and about 100,000 square feet of parks and plaza. The retail component is anchored by brands including Apple, Sephora, Lucid Motors, and Savage X Fenty, with dining concepts such as Maple & Ash, Serafina, and Sixty Vines.

The JV operations team will include ROK Acquisitions and Andrew Mirmelli, while Davis Companies and Jamestown are limited partners providing institutional capital and oversight.
