Pacific Office Automation Acquires MKCNext, Establishing National Leadership in Wide-Format Technology

Pacific Office Automation has completed the acquisition of MKCNext, a technology other business in California, for $500 million. Pacific Office Automation acquisitions add wide-format printing equipment, service, and consumables capabilities through MKCNext, headquartered in Agoura Hills, CA, with a focus on high-end Canon wide-format technology. MKCNext provides end-to-end solutions including inks and media, color management and workflow optimization, installation, and ongoing maintenance for display graphics, signage, AEC drawings, construction documents, and technical printing environments. The add on acquisition closed April 1, 2026, expanding POA’s nationwide sales and service model by integrating MKCNext’s factory-trained technicians with POA’s network of more than 250 field technicians, supporting uptime and performance tuning for high-volume customers.
