HMS Networks Completes Molex Industrial Comms Acquisition

HMS Networks has completed its acquisition of Molex’s Industrial Communications Business. The deal was consolidated into HMS as of January 2, 2026.

HMS had previously announced on November 17, 2025 that it signed an agreement with Molex to acquire part of Molex’s Industrial Solutions Business, consisting of several strategic assets. The acquired assets are now part of HMS’s Industrial ICT offering.

HMS Networks is a provider of Industrial Information and Communication Technology (Industrial ICT) solutions and employs over 1,100 people, with local sales and support through more than 20 sales offices and a distributor/partner network.
