Premier Equipment Solutions Acquires New England Equipment

Premier Equipment Solutions, a Connecticut-based provider of Bobcat and related compact equipment, announced the acquisition of New England Power Equipment and Saybrook Rentals. The acquired business is described as a one-location authorized John Deere GME dealer serving customers across New England.

As part of the transaction, the Old Saybrook, Connecticut-based operations will operate as New England Equipment & Rental, a division of Premier Equipment Solutions. Premier Equipment Solutions was formed in 2025 by acquiring Bobcat of Connecticut and now operates six locations across Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island.

The company said the existing team will continue in place to maintain continuity for customers, and Brenton Point Capital Partners is the firm backing Premier.
