Oleson Saw Technology Acquired by Comact

Comact has completed its acquisition of Oleson Saw Technology, expanding its cutting and saw technology capabilities for the wood processing industry. Oleson is based in York, Pennsylvania and manufactures wide bandsaw blades, along with filing room equipment used by sawmills across North America.

Oleson will continue operating from its existing facility to support continuity for customers and employees. As part of the transition, Oleson will maintain its distribution of Swiss-made ISELI filing room equipment for both bandsaws and circular saws, and it will adopt Comact’s branding with a new website.
