Brait Capital has acquired a five-building flex industrial property totaling 126,335 square feet in Milwaukee for $6 million from Oyster Two Wisconsin Owner, LLC. The asset is located at 6601-6669 West Mill Road in the Milwaukee Northwest submarket.
The property is minutes from Interstates 41 and 43 and offers access to downtown Milwaukee. CBRE arranged the sale, and the transaction was represented by CBRE brokers Matson Holbrook, Sean Beuche, and Patrick Gallagher for the seller.
