Global-e has agreed to acquire Passport Global, a last mile delivery business in the United States, for $350 million. Global-e acquisitions aim to expand cross-border e-commerce logistics by adding Passport’s asset-light, multi-carrier network for domestic, cross-border, and last mile delivery in the US. Passport Global provides e-commerce logistics and solutions that support direct injection, consolidated returns, and customs brokerage, strengthening fulfillment and post-purchase delivery workflows for merchants and shoppers. The strategic acquisition is structured as an add-on acquisition within logistics M&A, with Global-e targeting non-Merchant of Record capabilities to serve additional merchant segments. The deal is announced and expected to close following customary conditions, with deal size disclosed as $350 million, including $75 million and $100 million components.
