Patrick J Tobin & Co Acquired by AtkinsRéalis | Industrials M&A Deal

AtkinsRéalis has completed the acquisition of Patrick J Tobin & Co, a industrial services other business in Ireland, for US$500 million. AtkinsRéalis acquisitions will add Patrick J Tobin & Co’s multidisciplinary engineering, technical, and program management capabilities, with environmental and planning services for infrastructure programs across Galway and other Irish offices. The Patrick J Tobin & Co acquisition expands AtkinsRéalis’ UK & Ireland delivery capacity for building and places, water, and transportation projects serving regional and national clients. The industrial services other acquisition is an add on acquisition and strategic acquisition by a strategic buyer, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals, with TOBIN employing about 200 people and AtkinsRéalis’ Ireland headcount expected to exceed 700.
